Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, January 4th from 4 - 6 p.m. at the Autumn Green Funeral Home, 47 Oak St., in Alfred. We kindly ask that you wear a mask as you visit with the family.

Heather J. Morgan, beloved daughter, and sister, passed on December 25, 2021 at her home in Limington.

Heather was born in Syracuse, NY on September 27, 1971, one of four children of Edward G. and Shelley J. (Starbird) Morgan.

Heather received her master’s degree in theology at St. Joseph’s College in Standish. She worked many years for FairPoint Communications and recently worked at her sister’s restaurant Sunny Side in Springvale.

Heather loved spending time with her friends and family. She was a generous person who was always willing to help others in any way. Heather loved all animals, and always had a house full of them.

Heather was a lifelong Springsteen Fan, his number one fan, and made sure that all her sisters and mother had seen him in concert at least once.

Our Heather was a kind and gentle soul. We are blessed with our memories of love, laughter, and time spent together. We will miss your presence and your life and love will gently carry us forward.

She is survived by her mother Shelley Morgan; her father Edward Morgan and stepmother, Regina; two sisters, Brianne Morgan and Leanne Kelley and husband Christopher; Michael MacIntosh her longtime friend and partner; her aunts: Carol Flagg, Patricia Davis, Cathy Morgan, Elli Morgan, one uncle Michael Morgan; her nephew John Artz; her cousins Shannon Spaulding, Scott Flagg, Michael, and Ryan Morgan.

Heather was predeceased by her sister Georgeanne Artz.

You are invited to visit with Heather’s family on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Autumn Green Funeral Home, 47 Oak St., in Alfred. We kindly ask that you wear a mask while visiting in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
